Game Plan Zoom Script
Run through this on every new coach call to set them up for success.
Note: A mentor should lead this call if you haven't done a few yourself yet.
By the end of this call, the new Coach should know:
Why am I coaching?
Their mission and motivation.
Who can I help?
Their initial list.
What should I do next?
Their first simple daily actions.
Who is helping me?
Their mentor team and support structure.
Start warmly. If people on the call do not know each other, introduce everyone.
Brief personal connection.
Quick health journey recap.
Why the new Coach said yes to coaching.
Prompt
"Tell us what made you say yes to coaching. What are you excited about? What are you hoping this creates for you?"
Help them connect the business to something meaningful and specific.
Initial goals and income hopes.
First few ranks or bonuses, only if helpful.
Coach Accelerator Bonus.
Prompt
"What would you be excited to create in your first month or two as a Coach?"
Everyone starts at a different point — do not compare yourself to others.
Some people will say no, not yet, or let me think about it.
Consistency builds trust.
This is a 60–90 day business rhythm, not a one-day test.
